All our prices are in Australia Dollars and are inclusive of GST, where applicable.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price, plus any applicable shipping costs.
Please note that most of our items are Vintage and made from second hand, hand made materials. As with any Vintage item - there may be signs of discolouration, variance of weave, colour and/or shape or overall irregularities - these just add to their Moroccan charm. Please remember that some of these items are over 50 years old.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases but are happy to exchange for an item of the same value. You will be responsible for any additional freight charges incurred for the exchange.
Any product sold whilst on sale or using a promo code are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If your purchase is faulty, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt.
If there is a major problem with the Goods, a refund or a replacement may be available. If there is a minor problem with your Goods (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) we may repair the Goods instead of offering you a replacement or a refund.
Unless we are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to us. We operate our business as per the current guidelines set by the Australian Consumer Law with regards to Consumer Guarantees.
